Dec 2 = Day 1

Let's start with Day 1 (I am changing the title of the previous post since these are really a day behind)
7am - Spark (fruit punch) & Catalyst (spark calories 45)

8ish - Meal Replacement (berry) Calories 220
****HERE IS WHERE I FORGOT TO TAKE MY FIBER DRINK****
Packed my gym bag with work clothes, packed my lunch, packed the kids up in the car and OFF to the gym I go
8:30 - Gym
  Mood Good - Feeling congested and crampy... I know that isn't a word, I made it up!

 Cardio First - Treadmill - 25 min 3.5 Speed @ 7 incline
Vertical Chest Press: Set 1 - 60x12 (60lbs x 12Reps) Set 2 60x12
Lat Pulls: Set 1 - 50x12 Set 2 - 50x12
Biceps Curl: Set 1 - 30x10 Set 2 20x10 (did these last...must have been too weak to keep doing 30lbs LOL)
 Incline Press: Set 1 - 20x12 Set 2 20x12
Vertical Rows: Set 1 - 40x12 Set 2 40x12
Cardio Again - Treadmill - 16 min 3.5 at 7 (I did the last 5 minutes backwards, same incline decreased speed to 2.5 so I didn't die)
 COMPLETED 1 Bottle water during workout

Mood - Exhausted while equally exhilarated!!!

***INSERT FORGOTTEN WORK SHOES***

Freshened up and off to work...in my gym clothes. GROSS I know but I had no choice other than to wear my Nike tennis shoes with the dress I brought. Oh well it could be worse. So much for my perfect plans and my efficient one item outfit!

At work by 11:30 COMPLETED 2nd bottle of water

The rest of the day is just a blurr... Just kidding

At Lunch I ate a salad (in a baggie) with a small baked chicken breast in there a long with some light Italian dressing. Chicken (maybe 164 calories? that's what I googled) Dressing 35 Calories, salad 8 calories per cup (so says google) so I will say 12 calories to be safe!
 I ate my salad in a baggie out of necessity (you know the mother of invention). It actually worked out quite well...almost. I squirted a little dressing, added in my chicken pieces, zipped it up and gave it a toss. All was groovy until I ambitiously stabbed the chicken with my plastic fork at which point my baggie suffered severe puncture wounds. (it didn't make it) Unfortunately for my baggies they are doomed after one use anyway (sorry mom, no washing and re-using baggies in my house).

And an additional bottle of water was consumed here!

For a snack I had a Key Lime flavored Greek yogurt (Oikos is my fav) 160 Calories

After work I had to go Wal-Mart so I ate another snack while shopping (Don't Judge ME!)
I Forewarned you that I am not a Calorie NAZI! It was just 140 calorie breakfast bar so ...not too bad.

For dinner we had "Chicken Fried Rice"...ish
Calories 164 for chicken, 17 per egg white, 74 per egg, 233 for a cup of instant brown rice
Calories for meal 485 ish

****Keep in Mind this is NOT a cooking BLOG****

So for my version of chicken fried rice I just boiled my 5 minute BROWN rice, stirred up two eggs and two egg whites and made them into scrambled eggs, baked chicken again, chopped. Short story - threw all of this into one pan added some soy sauce and what do you know? A healthy meal my kids eat too!!! This also had left overs that I may or may not eat for lunch tomorrow ...STAY TUNED!

We (me and Aubrey my one year old) ate a banana after dinner for a snack. Calories 110 minus 10 I am sure Aubrey ate 10 calories worth, and that's my story.
I had two more bottles of water (one with dinner and one before bed)

I knew I would fail on some days I surely didn't think I was going to mess up on DAY 1! Oh well I said I would be transparent, folks this is as real as it gets!


Did anyone bring a calculator to this BLOG?? Fine I will add it up myself.
